AdvisoryNetPEST, in collaboration with OrganicAdviceNetwork and Stratus, is excited to announce a Workshop on Soft Skills, taking place in January 2025.
This event is designed to help advisors in the organic sector develop essential interpersonal skills—such as active listening, empathy, and effective communication—critical for supporting producers and fostering trust.
The workshop, scheduled for 29 January 2025, will be conducted in two parts:
- Part 1 (Online): Participants from OrganicAdviceNetwork and AdvisoryNetPest will share and discuss best practices in soft skills, establishing a solid foundation.
- Part 2 (In-person in Brussels): Stratus project participants will join for tailored, hands-on training addressing specific advisory needs.
This workshop is an invaluable opportunity for advisors and organizations to exchange insights and refine their approach to supporting organic farming across Europe.
