There are many tools and resources online designed to help agricultural and forestry advisors support good farming and forestry practices. Many of these resources can be found using search engines, but this will not gather everything and will not represent current best practices.
That is why we are creating a new digital service – the EU Advisory Platform – bringing together the most current best practices in forestry and farming across Europe.
Built on experience from other online platforms, the EU Advisory Platform will be a freely available, one stop shop resource hub for advisors. By bringing together resources from multiple networks across Europe (AdvisoryNetPEST, OrganicAdviceNetwork, LiveNet, FORADVICE, and STRATUS), advisors will have access to resources designed for advisors that support improved pesticide use, nutrient management, organic farming, livestock, and forestry from across Europe.
The launch of the EU Advisory Platform is expected to be in June 2025.
